About Ashley Smith

As a resident of Oceanside for close to 30 years, Ashley has deep roots and love for her community. After graduating Oceanside high school she attended college at SUNY Purchase. After college, she started her career in the hospitality industry with Doherty Enterprises, where she learned the importance of customer service. Keeping that foundation in mind, she began her career in Real Estate and fell in love. She is truly passionate about real estate and loves every aspect of it, whether it be marketing, meeting new people on a daily basis, or her favorite part which is creating new friendships with her clients. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking with her husband (also an Oceanside High School alum) and her dog Angus.

I would highly recommend her.Her local knowledge is very impressive. Her advice on pricing of the house was right on. Her responsiveness was immediate.She kept me well informed about the amount of clients that were interested in purchasing and what they were bidding.We discussed what she thought about each client and if she thought about mortgages and loans.Since we were living in another state it was imperative that she needed to keep us posted on what was happening.She did just that with flying colors.Easy to talk to and most pleasant in the way she spoke to us a nd in turn to the prospective purchasers.
