About Ashley Ridenour

My goal for every client regardless of price point is, providing the best possible customer service. Selling a home and buying a home can be stressful and my job is take away that stress. I take great pride in what I do for a living! I'm very fortunate I get to do this full time, and it's all because of the relationships I've created along the way. Whether you're a first time home buyer, a first time seller or you're familiar with the process I have a very hands on approach in my business. I guide you through each step no matter how big or small the purchase or sale. To me, it's all in the details and communication. I take the time to listen and then create the best strategy and approach for each client, because every situation is different. Ashley Ridenour is a wonderful person of excellent character, upbeat disposition, extremely intelligent, honest and trustworthy, and carries an impeccable work ethic. Ashley is a superb real estate agent. After we interviewed multiple agents, all was a toss-up. The candidates all seemed the same with exception to their company logos. That is until we interviewed Ashley. Unlike the other candidates, Ashley arrived on time. She came fully prepared, arrived with the necessary data and pertinent information necessary to educate us to the market. Rather than dominate the conversation like the others Ashley listened. She was receptive and so thoughtful to our concerns. Ashley made what seemed may be a chaotic transaction appear seamless. As a person, she is nothing shy of wonderful. As a real estate agent, she is peerless. We would hire Ashley again in a second and redily recommend her to anyone needing a trustworthy relationship and representation in the sale or purchase of a home.
