John and Ashley Rawls were so great. From the start, they communicated with me through calls and texts. They both listened to what we wanted and what we actually needed. John showed me numerous properties and really looked out for my particular needs. He was very knowledgeable, offered tips, and pointed out things of concern. He was very patient and always friendly. Because of my crazy work schedule, we had to meet on the weekends. John made himself available around my schedule. Ashley took care of all the office work. She stayed in contact with me every step. I had many questions and she was always willing to explain things or help in any way possible. Thanks to them, we found the perfect property for little family, our big dogs, as well as my dream of fostering special needs children.
