Ashley was absolutely wonderful. This was our first time buying a house and she was able to answer all of our questions! We also were not sure if we wanted surburan or more rural with property or the location where we wanted. We gave her our work address, our budget, and how far we wanted to commute from work. Not only did she find us a wonderful house with property, she did it on the lower end of our budget. We had some difficulties with our lenders chosen appraiser and Ashley contuined to ask about it and update us which releived stress from us and we knew she was there to help us 100%. Once we closed, she helped us with information to get all utilities into our name and made the overall process very easy.

Were still in the middle of closing, so I'm hoping I dont jinx it, but here it goes. ASHLEY IS GETTING INVITED TO MY WEDDING! Thats how good of an agent she is. Ashley was enthusiastically recommended by a coworker of mine, and I will follow suit.Ashley did a really good job educating my fiancA(C)e and me on the entire experience right from the start which really helped to put us at ease as we are first time home buyers. We gave her a description of what we wanted but also included that we didnt really have any location in mind, as long as it was within an hour of Columbus. That was a bit of a challenge for her since it broadened the scope by hundreds of homes. Even with that, she stuck with us. While we were looking, Ashley demonstrated that she truly cares about our wants and needs, even steering us clear of a couple more expensive houses, though it would have been a nicer payout for her, because they werent the right fit for us. In the end, Ashley got us into a home that matched the description of what we wanted at the higher end of our budget, but for a price at the low end of what we wanted to pay.

I had a really great experience because she always had a wealth of information and was always on time. She is very friendly and always had a smile. Ashley took time to make sure you got whatever info needed to be comfortable with bidding on a property. Her patience is also one of her great assets.
