Ashley helped me purchase this unit 5 years ago. When I reached back out to him to help me sell the unit he remembered me and my family and why I had purchased the unit. He was very responsive and quick to provide me information about recent sales of comparable properties. He helped me establish an asking price and was very helpful with minor maintenance issues. I was an out of town seller so his involvement was extremely beneficial to me.When the first offer came in he was very informative and supportive of my desire on how to respond.
