Holy canoli this is late but it's worth the read. October 2024: we were looking high and low for our first home because we were sick of renting and in our price range, we estimated it would have been the same cost month to month. We went through about 25 viewings with 4 different agents, looking at pretty sub-par houses. There was only one bad apple and his only crime was bad time management (he scheduled us a full house viewing for 15 mins). Okay, that and he just did not care even a little bit. Anyway our only criteria was a roof with some years left on it, and a decent garage for me. Along comes Alli and it's like we're looking in a different state altogether!!! Seriously she's amazing at what she does and it's really all down to her attention to detail and her willingness to whittle down options within your criteria. Anyone can "listen" but Alli uses what you tell her to really nail down the options available. As new homeowners now, we are grateful from the bottom of our hearts that we scored this place. Tldr: Alli is the best, she knows what she's doing, she has an entire firm behind her, she can negotiate, she's delightful to work with/talk to! Much love to her, shes a rare bird making a difference out there!
