Ashley Hester

I graduated from Westminster College in with degrees in Business Management and Political Science. Since joining the Columbia Board of Realtors in 2010, I have served as a committee member of Young Professionals Network (YPN) in 2012, and as chairperson of YPN in 2013 & 2014. I have since been heavily involved in the Advocacy and Activism branch of the board and serve concurrently on Government Affairs Committee and Realtors Political Action Committee (Sterling Major Investor & Presidents Circle).



I am currently an elected representative to the MLS Committee that decides rules and regulations of the Multiple List Service, Elected representative of Columbia to the Missouri Realtors, and serve on the Board of Directors for both Columbia Board of Realtors and Missouri Realtors.

I have had some very proud moments in my years as a Realtor from raising $3,350 for the Boys & Girls Club as a young agent in 2013, netting a client over $75,000 more than "the other agent" by utilizing a unique marketing strategy in 2017.



I am active in many organizations outside of business organizations, but my passion is serving on the Board of Directors for Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) that represents abused and neglected foster children in Boone and Callaway Counties.



I hold membership in both the Columbia Board of Realtors and the Heart of Missouri Board of Realtors in order to get the most exposure for my clients through multiple MLS's.

I am extremely well versed in the market, and with complex loan situations and government programs. I pride myself on being able to come up with a solution and conquer any problem that may arise during the contract to close process-- Embark Group holds a 97% Contract to Closing success rate, meaning that only 3/100 of our under contract homes do not close with the first contract.
