We were having THE roughest time finding a new house, (I won't go into any details about the issue) but, we contacted Ashley through Zillow and told her we needed to be in a new home by X date. She told us it was going to be tough but she would do her best to get it done for us. We found a house that turned out the builder couldn't sell due to unforeseen circumstances, so we had to back out. 5 DAYS until we had to close on our old home and be able to move into a new home...Ashley got us under contract all inspections and negotiations done and CLOSED in 3 DAYS!!!! We can not thank her enough for the knowledge she had and her ability to move quickly and smoothly! 10/10 would recommend and should the time come we will DEFINITELY be using her again!

Ashley was absolutely fantastic! Always stayed so positive and so sure we would find a house in this crazy market after looking for about 4-5 months and putting offers in on multiple houses! When we thought we may have to rent, she did a great job helping us with that as well; fortunately we stuck it out and were able to purchase a home. She was super knowledgeable about many areas and school districts. She did great research for areas to ensure the house would keep its value and was worth the asking price. She did a fantastic job answering questions and ensuring we knew what was going on. Fantastic realtor that truly cares about her clients. (She even helped me find a hairdresser as I'm new to the area.) Highly recommend her!
