We had a great experience with the KBT Realty team. We met Janet Brown at an open house and immediately had a great rapport so we asked her to represent us in a purchase. She had a lot of knowledge about the area, prices and builders. After we were under contract I felt like we had a team working for us to ensure everything was ready for closing. Kristine was great in sending out periodic notices of items to do and just answering questions. Janet left no stone unturned and provided a great reference for the home inspection, was helpful in pointing out issues and got us to closing with no delays. Would definitely recommend Janet and the KBT team.
