Miss Ashley was my amazing realtor and she worked tirelessly to find me a home that not only met my needs (even ones I was not aware of) and my price point. She did not to rush the process or sell me something she knew I would be unhappy with. She took the time and pride in finding me the right home, and the best yard and shed! Not to mention she negotiated me a home under asking price, got the seller to pay max closing costs, seller agreed to a 30 item punch list to repair, and got me a paid year home warranty! Also this lovely lady has a contact for anything you need from mortgage help, to any type of home repair, to lawn care technicians, and recommendations for lunch. Cannot sing her praises enough and anyone would be lucky to buy or sell with this wonderful person and company!
