I have had the wonderful fortune to begin at the Caul Group as a closing coordinator, managing transactions once our clients are under contract on their home! I have always been in the customer service industry; whether as a Business Manager of Catering for the Army or coaching six years of high school athletics, People are my passion. I love that everyday I help clients work through one of the most emotional times in their life making it a more seamless and less stressful transaction! I am a fully licensed broker and actively work with buyers to help them find their dream home. In the over 4 years here at the Caul Group, I have personally negotiated over 400 inspection reports and I treat everyone of them like my personal home--fighting for top dollar and every repair I can get for my clients! When I am not negotiating for you my greatest joy is our 2-year-old son Cameron. We are so proud to be able to have him grow up in the great state of North Carolina! One of my passions is to make people laugh and I always try to keep our real estate office light and happy! Collaborating daily and having a fun office environment definitely helps all of us do a better job for our clients.
