From the first phone call to Ashley she was energized & enthusiastic. As we spoke she assured my wife & I that she would indeed help us find a condo for my sister in the Lake Worth, Fla. area. Immediately she established a portal that enabled us to review on line multiple condo's with all the pertinent facts & photo's. When we arrived in Florida from California & New Jersey, Ashley had many appointments already lined up over the span of 6 days. We eventually found a lovely condo & Ashley really shined in lining up inspectors, a title company, insurance & meetings with the HOA at the condo complex. She even went so far as to help my sister move in & get settled. Honest, diligent, tenacious with impeccable follow up throughout the entire process. I would most certainly recommend Ashley Alshut of Coastline Realty to be your representative when getting involved in any real estate transaction in the Lake Worth area.
