I always remind my buyers that this process is about finding a place that truly fits your lifestyle and goals, not just a house that checks boxes. Stay open-minded, trust your agent’s guidance, and remember — my job is to make sure you’re informed, confident, and supported every step of the way.

One transaction that stands out involved a seller who was relocating out of state while purchasing another home at the same time — a situation that can be extremely stressful. My client felt overwhelmed, so I stepped in to coordinate every detail of the sale, from cleaning and window washing to carpet care and professional staging. We launched with a clear plan, and within just 48 hours on the market, the home secured a record sale price for that floor plan. While the process went smoothly, there were naturally moments of worry along the way. Through consistent communication, reassurance, and careful attention, I was able to guide my client with confidence from start to finish. Seeing her relief and excitement at closing — knowing everything came together exactly as planned — was incredibly rewarding.

Believe it or not, my real estate journey began when I was just 16 years old, working as a receptionist at a large real estate company here in town. From there, I moved into a role as a file coordinator for a top-producing agent, then became their buyer’s specialist, and eventually, we partnered together to open our own real estate office. Over time, my passion for the industry only grew, and it ultimately led me to become the founder and owner of Ennoble Realty, which I now proudly run alongside my husband. I like to say I was “born into real estate” — I started young, fell in love with it, and never left!

My college studies were focused on Communications with a minor in Theater Arts, and that foundation has truly enhanced the way I serve my clients today. My background in communications has helped me become a strong listener, an effective communicator, and someone who can easily understand and respond to people’s needs — all essential skills in real estate. Theater arts nurtured my creative side, which shines through in the marketing and presentation of my listings. Real estate often calls for fresh ideas and creative problem-solving, and this background has helped me think strategically about how to showcase each property in its best light. I often say that every client meeting is a new opportunity to connect, understand, and deliver — and that mindset has served me and my clients well throughout my career.
