Ashleigh was great. I had some issues with the realtor I was going to use and when I found Ashleigh there was a huge difference. She was more than willing to find houses that fit my criteria and was very honest with me. If we went to check out a house, she was more than willing to find the flaws instead of just trying to convince me to buy something. I really enjoyed using her as a realtor because she looked out for me even after the buying process when I needed the home building to make good on the warranty. I would highly recommend her.

Ashleigh went above and beyond looking out for us and took the time to explain anything we asked in a way we could easily understand. The process wouldnt have gone anywhere near as smoothly without her and were so thankful we met her! Any time we called/texted she immediately answered. There wasn't a single question we asked, no matter how small, that she didn't go out of her way to make sure we understood and were comfortable with. She even helped us find a lender that specialized in the type of loan we wanted. It was a huge bonus that she has worked in titles in the past and had that knowledge to explain what the wording in our paperwork meant without it becoming overwhelming for us. She's very personable and made us feel like we really mattered as people, not just clients. Even after closing she's checked on us and gotten information about the house to help with some of its features. I really don't think we'd be in our home right now if it weren't for her, and I can't say enough good things about working with her or her as a person. I highly recommend her and tell everyone who mentions wanting a house to give her a call.

Ashleigh did an outstanding job helping us to buy our home. We were out of state so things were a little stressful at times. She always responded quickly and kept our worries at bay.
