Ashlee Pallante

I'm a licensed real estate agent proudly serving Fort Leonard Wood and surrounding areas of Missouri, working at Jade Realty. Originally from California and Tennessee, I've called this beautiful part of Missouri home for the past three years. I'm also a proud wife to a Marine veteran -- we've been married for 20 years and are raising three amazing children together. My journey into real estate was a natural one. I've always had a passion for helping people and a deep appreciation for homes and interior design. Becoming a real estate agent allows me to blend those two passions -- helping clients navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives, while exploring the diverse styles and character of different homes. When I'm not working with buyers and sellers, you'll find me outdoors hiking Missouri's scenic trails, enjoying time with my family, getting creative with woodworking or crafts, or soaking up some time on the water. I also love giving back to my community whenever I can. To me, trust and integrity mean everything. I'd rather talk someone out of a bad deal than make a sale that doesn't feel right. I believe real estate is about relationships, not just transactions, and I'm here to be a resource and advocate for my clients every step of the way.
