Ashlee is incredible! Being out of state, I thought would that would be the biggest challenge but from day one Ashlee was responsive, full of knowledge, and provided a lot of data and information so we could make a great choice about location. She walked through the entire process with us, and we were so confident in her and her abilities from the beginning - she never let us down. Ashlee was a great negotiator and definitely our advocate all along and now that we've closed (again, being out of state, she even did our walk through for us and provided video, etc) Ashlee continues to touch base and make sure we have everything we need and still provides so much information to us. I highly recommend Ashlee if you are looking for a realtor that has your back, is truthful, knows the in's and out's of the process like the back of her hand and actually looks out for your best interests.
