I recently had the pleasure of working with Ashaun to purchase our first home. From day one he was on top of everything, and explaining things we would have NEVER thought to ask. It was an absolute pleaseure. Throughout the whole procces, Ashaun was professional. He is highly knowledgeable about the ends and out of the market and how to bid. Ashaun never made us feel like he wasn't working for us. It truly felt like he was buying the home with us, which made us so much more comforable during the negotiation process, he got us the best deal, all while staying at the purchase price we didn't want to exceed.
