We truly couldn?t have asked for a more kind and patient agent to assist us with the purchase of our Texas home. Ash from the beginning was very understanding of our situation, not only knowing that a home purchase normally is a very big deal but also that an out of state purchase is a huge decision all together and he never made us feel pressured durning the process while choosing our forever home. He is very knowledgeable of the surrounding areas we were looking in and showed us numerous homes before we found the one. When we began negotiations, Ash was very honest and upfront with us on what angles he though we should work to get us the very best deal. He kept us up to date on all communications he was having with the sellers agent and he was able to work with the sellers agent too not only get us cash off the asking price but credit towards closing costs and a year home warranty of our choice paid for by the seller! We will be using Ashley laker for our next real estate purchase and would 100% recommend that you do too.
