He kept us up to date on all communications he was having with the sellers agent and he was able to work with the sellers agent too not only get us cash off the asking price but credit towards closing costs and a year home warranty of our choice paid for by the seller! We will be using Ashley laker for our next real estate purchase and would 100% recommend that you do too.
