1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Get a pre-approval before starting your search. This will help strengthen your offer when you do find the right home, and sellers are going to ask for some form of proof of funds with the offer.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Sell just below the market trend. A proper equity analysis is important as it will show where your home sits on the curve and where you need to be to not only sell quickly, but for the best profit.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
First time home buyers, seasoned buyers and sellers of all ages, special needs clients, and veterans.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I have clients with a special needs daughter and I enjoyed making the experience great for her. I provided her with her own clipboard and multicolored pen so she could help us take notes about the houses we saw. I was able to create a bond that will last a lifetime.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I enjoy helping people and wanted a position where I can make an impact. I believe owning Real Estate is an important step in life and I want to be there to help make dreams come true.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Termite/Crawlspace inspector experience has helped me understand some of the issues to look out for and point out in homes. United States Postal Service experience along with being a New Bern Native gives me the upper hand when it comes to knowing the neighborhoods and layouts of the area.
