ZillowVERIFIEDWe live out of state and hired Arturo to sell our rental home in the fourth quarter of 2016. We had a contract to buy at list price within 45 days. Unfortunately, it fell apart. We were discouraged, but Arturo reassured us he could find another buyer. Within a week we had three offers to buy and we were back under contract at just under list price a week later. Unfortunately, this one also fell apart just before the end of the year. Again, we were discouraged, but Arturo reassured us that he could find another buyer. We were back under contract a week later and the house sold February 9, 2017 for 1% under our original list price. He not only did a great job finding potential buyers, he also helped us with preparation of the house for sale. He made suggestions of things to improve and helped us find economical vendors to get the work completed. I very much appreciate the extra effort and sense of ownership he took on to make the sale happen. For those of you reading this that may appreciate the Biblical reference, Arturo went the second mile.
