Arthur Chapman

I am a 4th generation Newporter, the great grandson of Patrick James Fagan who built most of the homes on Carroll Avenue in the heart of the 5th Ward in Newport. I moved to NYC in 1986 to follow my dream of being a professional actor, which turned into a career in real estate. I moved back home in 1994 and in 2005 I started my own real estate brokerage. I sold my interest in the William Raveis franchise in 2007 and now am the Team Leader of the Aquidneck Team serving all of RI and southeastern MA. I have lived in Portsmouth since 2000 and also operate Wynham Farm Sanctuary, a small farm sanctuary with my wife, Meredith.
