    Arshia was phenomenal. Hes an expert in his craft and is completely honest. There were several times where I would think I found a great deal but Arshia thought otherwise he would always let me know. Honesty is a rare trait these days. We first met in person back in 2023 and had to move away because of the military. We have such confidence in him that we eventually ended up purchasing a house remotely as we prepare to move back to El Paso. Hes awesome. You want Arshia when you buy a house.
