I could not have asked for a better agent. Darla went above and beyond what I expected. I was selling this home for my Brother-in-law who is in a memory care facility. She did all the research and finding all the information I needed. Got me a Power of Attorney over him. She did all the paperwork and had it ready for me ti sign. There is so much more I could say if there was more room. She is also a wonderful human being.

The best, most amazing realtor is Peter Boggs. You wont need to look anywhere else. Call him, find him. He will be there for you all hours of the day or night. He probably wont want me to say that but most of the times he contacted me after what I thought was close of business. Business hours in Peters world are before sunrise to past sunset. Or until he gets the job done. I met him at an open house in Pacific Grove CA. I had read some really good reviews about Peter already. So I went looking for him. If you want a realtor that works harder than anybody Or someone that knows how to get things done, Peters the guy! He is so knowledgeable about the things that are important (which is everything) and will make sure if you have a question, trust that he will get you the answer. I was the buyer and knew the house I wanted. He went and look at it the very next day. He told me how we were going to get me this house. He negotiated to a price that worked for all of us and did everything needed to get it done. He is honest, kind, caring and you feel like youve known him forever. When I got worried, hed tell me not to and hed let me know if it was or wasnt something to worry about. I was anxious and he just keep an upbeat attitude that help me stay calm. He kept things rolling and when we hit a hiccup he did everything he could to solve the issue. I really cant say enough great things about Peter even though Ive tried. I own the home now and he is still helping me with a few projects needed in the house. He has a great network of people that work with him and everyone was as good as he said they were. You will not be sorry if you work with Peter. He will work non stop for you. I highly recommend Peter to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home. You wont find anyone better.
