Darla did an outstanding job on every level. I am an SF Bay Area resident who had to sell a property in the mountains that belonged to my family. With a full-time job in the Bay Area and many other responsibilities, getting up to the mountains to address the cleaning, yard work, repairs and replacements to systems, and all of the other things that needed to be done to prepare the property for sale was incredibly difficult if not impossible. I've never experienced a realtor who took such tremendous care, communicated so effectively and efficiently, and seemed to know every expert to take care of work in a timeframe and cost that was reasonable and rational. Darla delivered a buyer who paid full list price and negotiated the contract fairly at time of sale. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
