Tina leads Black Hills Blessing Bundles - A quarterly community outreach helping single mothers and their children by partnering with local non-profits to host events where we collaborate with the community to provide support and essential items. We are also very involved in our church.

We worked with Arnie and Tina to help us find some land to build on We met with them and the next day they sent us a list of over a hundred properties that we could look at They listened to what and where we were looking for to build on We were there for 2 weeks with the hope to find something and were able not to only find something but closed on it the following weekWe would recommend them to anyone that is looking for property in the Rapid City and surrounding areas They also gave us really good information on what to look for like an existing well to save us money on having to put one in ourselves They also kept in touch with us with phone calls and text messages so if we had questions they answered them in a timely manner
