Perry has been great to work with, and helped us buy our first home! We werent sure where we were moving in the DC area, if we wanted to rent or buy, or renovate. Perry was very easy to get in touch with, responsive, and taught us a ton about the home buying process. He was not pushy with us, but was swift with our offers and helped us with our negotiations. We ended up deciding on a home to renovate, which came with a ton of challenges on multiple fronts, and he helped us work through all of it and ultimately close. He helped connect us with some banks, title company options, and inspectors, which really helped us compare rates and costs in addition to the companies we reached out to.
