April Soria

My name is April Soria and I am a Kansas City native of with over 40 years of roots in the area, originally from the Kansas side. I have had the privilege of living in several counties across the metro and surrounding areas! Since 2009, I've called the Northland my home. I have a passion for exploring everything our incredible city has to offer. Whether it's a day trip to the River Market, the West Bottoms, or Weston, I love discovering new coffee shops, restaurants, and the unique small businesses that make Kansas City so special. Road trips are another favorite pastime of mine--give me 15 hours in the car, some good music and a few cups of coffee and I am ready to hit the road and explore! I began my real estate journey in 2006, when I first became licensed in Kansas. Just as I was starting to find my footing in the business, I became a new mom and my priorities shifted. For the next 15 years I built a successful career as a paralegal and legal assistant. Fast forward to 2020, I decided it was time to return to my true passion; real estate. Since then I have made a career out of helping clients throughout the city, navigate their home buying and selling journeys. My only regret is not jumping back in sooner! In real estate, as in life, there are things we can control and things we cannot.
