Very knowledgeable. April did her research, before view taking us out to view homes. We moved from out of state and took us out several times, sometimes on short notice to show homes. She cares about her clients and can make things happen.

I was a little nervous meeting a realtor, but when I meet April I quickly learned I shouldnt have. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She took the time to listen to what my family needed and wanted. We saw several homes and she gave us several finance options. Ultimately, this isnt the right time for us to buy but when it it is, well call her first. April was really awesome and I highly recommend her!

DO NOT HIRE APRIL SMITH!!! She will waste your time!! I contacted her about a house and she lied to me saying she contacted the owners. I waited 24 hrs to check back in with her and she said she left them another message and they hadnt returned hers. I waited another 24 hrs to get an update and she said they didnt respond. LIAR!! I contacted another realtor and they got a response from the owner within MINUTES! Very UNPROFESSIONAL. Who knows what else she lies about! Lazy, lazy, lazy. I am very upset with how she handled the situation and myself as a new customer!!
