ZillowVERIFIEDApirl Shepherd is hands down the best realtor in Tenneessee. She has been my realtor for buying and selling 3 houses. I made mistakes once when I lived in Maryville and went with two different realtors, it was a nightmare. I literally called her after one of them couldnt get a house sold in six months. She told me that it wasnt her area, but she would try. She had new pictures taken, and rewrote the listing. She sold it in two weeks. I will only use her from now on.
