We were very impressed with her communication, as she was always available by phone, text, or email. Never a delay in getting back to us. She communicated with us throughout the entire process, including some mortgage glitches. She asked questions to learn exactly what we were looking for and determined the area that would be best for us. We ended up with a few good choices to choose from, and we couldnt be happier with the condo we chose. At one point we made an offer on an overpriced condo, and she was knowledgeable of the value and recommended we not go over that amount in our offer. Although the owner was not willing to come down on the purchase price, and we did not reach an agreement, that particular condo is still for sale at that price. April definitely knows her market and values. Besides all her skills as a professional realtor, she is a wonderful, caring person. We couldnt be any happier with our condo purchase experience and highly recommend her.
