April went above and beyond. She was extremely knowledgeable of the area, comps, inspections, appraisals, negations, recommendations, etc. Her marketing, photography, and networking was top notch. She gave her recommendations but most importantly she LISTENED to our needs and wants as well. Our house sold on the FIRST day at full asking price! The best thing about April though, is she is kind, compassionate, down to earth, and she is literally by your side every step of the way!! She treated us as friends rather than clients. That means more than people realize!! Thank you, April! April reached out and her introductory email was professional, optimistic and gave me confidence she could manage the sale and any challenges. April was also prompt returning texts and voicemails and very responsive. April was also able to provide repairmen recommendations should they be needed. April understood all of my goals and was amazing! The buyer was a very difficult and awful person. April was always professional and managed the process with great diplomacy. I needed some repairs completed and April provided recommendations and facilitated the repairs. I was very impressed by April. She accomplished all of my goals quickly and with a very difficult buyer. She is the ultimate professional! She has great knowledge and diplomacy skills. She understood VA loan requirements for the buyer and was a great advisor to me as the seller. The negotiations were a challenge with an unpleasant buyer but she managed it all with tact and grace. She was creative thinking of solutions to problems and always keeping the deal moving forward. She helped my tenant find a new rental once an offer was accepted. She managed all aspects and was incredible.
