From offer negotiations to repairs to pass inspections ( replacing soffit, fascia, painting, fixing tubs, electrical outlets just to mention a few things ), she was on top of everything. Definitely took the stress out of knowing what needed to be done and how to go about it. April worked with me from the time the sun came up to after the sun went down. She was extremely flexible around my work hours and was always happy to help. I really enjoyed working with her and she made it enjoyable, house hunting can be stressful and frustrating at times but April always came through and made it a great experience. I have and will recommend her to anyone that I know is looking to buy or sell their home. Very professional and high knowledge of what she is selling to her client.
