April Bliss is your Beaches expert! Her family has been active in this community for over 60 years. She grew up here, raised her children here, and eventually became a Realtor here. She enjoys providing her customers with a personalized real estate experience and loves getting to know so many new people. April's business and community connections are certainly not limited to the beaches, as she has extensive knowledge and real estate experience, throughout Jacksonville and its surrounding areas! She has worked with customers in Duval, St Johns, Clay, and Nassau Counties. Her passion is in the people she works with and she welcomes every opportunity to help her customers find their Happily Ever After.... Regardless of where that may be! Prior to working in Real Estate, April got her degree in Criminal Justice and worked in an attorney's office. Her background and knowledge of the legal field has been extremely beneficial for her real estate business and customers. When negotiating contracts and terms, explaining and deciphering those terms, and ensuring that all details are carried out accordingly, it is imperative for a Realtor to have an abundance of knowledge.
