My background is in the commercial construction industry. During my time in construction I worked as a project engineer for companies like Pike Industries Inc and J.A. Mcdonald Inc. I have experience managing on large scale projects with multiple crews, subcontractors and accelerated deadlines. Greg was very helpful in the purchase of our home. During the fall we ramped up our search and Greg was very communicative during the process. He was able to know the market and get us the house at asking price instead of the ridiculous over paying that has gone on during this crazy 2 half year market. We were even able to get an inspection done. I would recommend him to anyone needing a realtor on either side of the transaction.

Greg was there every step of the way and willing to answer any questions. He knew about local schools in the area, and estimates on taxes, depending on the city or town you are interested in. He had most of the answers to questions about the buying process, and if he didn't he found out the answers and responded back to you very quickly. He was always willing to drop what he was doing to meet up with you if you found a house on your own that you wanted to do a walk throughof. He was willing to put in an offer and go over the process with you along with great knowledge on strategically placing a strong bid on the property for a higher chance of you getting the house. Greg was a great partner in finding a home with us being very picky home buyers in a crazy market. In 2018 with a similar market it took us over a year to find a home but with Greg it took us about 6 months.
