Antje Anderson is an amazing realtor! Antje immediately took us on as clients and within 2 hours showed us our first house which eventually became our first home! Antje's communication was incredible. She was available whenever we needed her and was usually a step or two ahead of us. Additionally, Antje was in constant communication with the seller's listing agent as well as our lender. It was comforting to know that we were in such good hands! My boyfriend and I were contemplating whether or not to rent or to buy and when the right time to start looking would be. With Antje's help we were able to determine that it would be in our best interest to buy. She showed us many different properties all around (Clearwater, Dunedin, St.Pete, Largo, etc.) and was always so attentive and quick as to when we could go view the different listings she'd send. She stayed on top of our search process the entire time and was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came time to putting in our offer, going through the entire mortgage process, and of course our closing. Truly don't have enough great things to say about her, she's amazing at what she does and I'm very thankful that she helped us find our perfect first home! Thank you! :)

if there were a realtor award to be giving for going above and beyond duty ,Antje would be the recipient . Upon meeting this realtor I knew we were in good hands with her friendly easy-going nature and knowledge of the area put me at ease. We had consulted with her to sell my 92-year-old aunt condominium in order to get her into assisted living . Not only did she streamline the process and help us to get this condo sold in an amazing short amount of time ,she physically helped us move my aunts possessions to the assisted living facility. Incredible ! She has continued through the whole process to be available for any and all information and transactions concerning the sale , not to mention to check in on my aunt at her New home as I am out of the area ...she has been a blessing ! Outstanding human being and Realtor ????
