In addition to hospitality, I have been an active buyer and seller of my own real estate investment portfolio, including 9 single-family flips, 7 Single Family Rental Properties, and a multi unit apartment building that I own and manage. I have 20 years of experience in managing rental properties and managing the renovations of my own investments. I grew up in South Shore KY alongside the Ohio River. I moved to Portsmouth Ohio after high school and graduated with my Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Shawnee State University. In 2007 I decided to make Winston-Salem my forever home. I love Winston-Salem and thoroughly enjoy the many parks and theaters. I enjoy playing guitar, hiking, and working on my properties.
