Setup a MLS search with a realtor or ask your realtor to send daily updates to tailor their search results. Often the best deals are bought quickly as the sellers market continues to be strong.

Look at the most recent market values. Realtors who provide comps forget that the best values on homes sold are the ones that have sold in the past few weeks. Ask your realtor about houses in contract and how this has effected housing values in their neighborhood.

I've worked with many consumer and investment buyers throughout the area from Queens/Brooklyn and on Long Island, Nassau/Suffolk. My experience is they have found the houses they are looking for very quickly and were able to get accepted offers fairly quickly after their showings.

I work with a local mortgage broker and they have done a great deal to help clients smoothly transition through the house purchase process. Their commitment times were very quick and I found the relay of information from the client and to my office was very transparent.

I have a long history and background in computer technology and expanded into the sales industry a few years ago to expand my horizons to build on my information background and to help clients navigate online systems. Two years ago I became a Licensed Sales Agent and have been helping clients in the NY/LI area since doing my best to service their housing needs.
