As your Realtor(R), my ultimate goal is to insure a successful, smooth, and enjoyable experience. + In 2024 I had the opportunity to serve 31 families and closed again nearly $14M in real estate sales placing me in the top 150 Realtors in all of Northwest Arkansas. + In 2023 I closed mearly $14M in real estate sales placing me among the top 4% of Realtors in our market. + In 2022 I earned my Brokers license. Previously I had operated only as a "Sales Agent" not realizing how important it was to earn and sustain a more professional license. + In 2021, I earned my CRS designation, regarded as one of the most prestigious credentials awarded to residential sales agents, brokers, and managers. Less than 4% of agents across the country and less than 1.5% of agents in Northwest Arkansas hold this designation. I'm committed to constant and never-ending improvement. Which means a dedication to ongoing education over and above what is required to maintain a real estate license. My background in investing, experience in construction and remodeling, and former career as licensed home inspector set me apart and give my clients the benefit of working with an expert in all aspects of the home. As a Broker who has sold real estate in multiple states, previously coached 100's of agents nation wide with the #1 real estate coaching company in the world, I have made strong relationships across the globe with access to a network of high octane Realtors(R) and can leverage those relationships combined with the best information from other markets and industries to benefit my clients. Integrity and honesty are how I run my business and personal lives. I'm a big believer in doing whatever it takes to get the job done and done correctly. Serving others has always been what gets me out of bed in the morning and continues to push me to provide a higher-level service than you will find anywhere else. My beautiful wife and I have been married over 20 years, and we have amazing identical twin daughters. Our family loves to travel, experience the outdoors together, and host others at our home. I'm a Christian, enjoy mountain biking, I love to learn and see others succeed. Every day, I want to operate my business and life in a manner that God and my three ladies will be proud of.
