Anthony Martin

Anthony Martin is one of the most successful real estate agents in Exit specifically in our Exit Realty Group Allerton Avenue office, having completed $2,630,900.00 in volume sales for 2017. Anthony is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), as well as the Westchester County Board of Realtors, and New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR). Anthony serves real estate customers and clients of the Bronx, NYC and Lower Westchester NY areas. He focuses on sellers and buyers of residential and/or commercial properties. Anthony has been involved in real estate since he was 18 years old owning his 1st multi-family home at that young age and since then owning additional property. He not only has a wealth of experience to offer his clients for which he focuses, but also supports owners needing to rent their home or investment properties. He is a great listener, relentless negotiator, responsive to the needs of his clients, and wonderful in the art of communicating; asking the right questions and providing responsive answers. In addition, Anthony prides himself in returning calls and inquires all within 24 hours. His passion includes a rich history and testimony of helping others. Besides being an excellent match maker, providing qualified buyers to owners, and listings fitting the needs of his buyers to close deals, he has over 22 years in the field of education. Anthony has two (2) graduate degrees in education, and held a myriad of positions inside and outside of a school setting, including a Dean, Assistant Principal, Principal and Academic Policy & Performance and Assessment Lead for an organization that support New York City Department of Education (NYCDOE) schools.
