Dave was amazing. When we met him, we were casually looking for a home but didnt think we were ready to pull the trigger. He stopped by our current home to give us advice on updates we were making to get it ready for sale. Dave set up with alerts that lead us to finding our dream home. He was extremely responsive, flexible, resourceful, and gave us good insight we prepared an offer and negotiated the terms. He made sure we were on top everything and had excellent referrals. Hes continued sorting through repair issues even after closing, going above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Dave treated us like friends and family and we are so thankful for his support through the process.
