His selling price analysis was a precise exercise in which his knowledge of the neighborhood provided a complete and thorough insight into our market. He absolutely nailed the selling price, which resulted in a verbal offer in one week and we were in contract in ten days. The final sale price was very close to our asking price and well above our original expectations. Anthony knew how to market our home. The photos on our listing he took were excellent. One of his best attributes is that he is always planning and thinking ahead, anticipating issues before they arise . During the sale process he is always in your corner and on top of everything that comes up, and during the selling process there are always issues which do arise that if not handled correctly and timely can cost you thousands, with Anthony I was always protected from situations like that.
