His knowledge of Yuma prices and the process saved us a ton of money. I highly recommend him. He also helped us get local contractors for some changes we wanted. This is a difficult market to understand you cannot rely on simple algorithms that.coms use to establish value, you have to have a pro that knows the area and is on top of the current market.

WHEN MY HUSBAND AND I STARTED HOUSE HUNTING BACK IN APRIL 2017 WE WERE VERY FORTUNATE AND BLESSED TO HAVE FOUND ANTHONY! HE HAS BEEN SO VERY PROFESSIONAL,AND INCREDIBLY HELPFUL (WHENEVER I HAD QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS HE HAS ALWAYS PULLED THROUGH FOR US) ANTHONY IS ALWAYS ON TOP OF EVERYTHING FROM BEGINNING TO END .HE IS VERY HARDWORKING AND PAYS CLOSE ATTENTION TO EVERY DETAIL!HE HAS BEEN A GODSEND-WHEN WE SEARCHED AND VIEWED HOME AFTER HOME AND FELT DISCOURAGED AND FELT LIKE GIVING UP ,ANTHONY WAS ALWAYS VERY SUPPORTIVE AND THERE FOR US-HE HELPED US KEEP A POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND WAS WITH US EVERY STEP OF THE WAY UNTIL WE FOUND OUR DREAM HOME!..THE DIFFICULT WORK SCHEDULES MY HUSBAND WORKS AND ME BEING A STAY AT HOME MOM OF 4 MAKES IT DIFFICULT TO GET OUT AND DO THE FOOTWORK NEEDED WHEN YOU'RE HOUSEHUNTING. Anthony did an amazing job when selling our home, when it came to all the paper work he made it seem effortless and explained everything in a way we could understand. With the gracious help of Anthony, I got the perfect house! I started looking in mid-December and put several offers in, just to be rejected. The process was very long and extremely stressful; however, Anthony stayed on it. He kept me motivated, open-minded, and was extremely helpful. With Anthony being in Yuma his whole life, he is very knowledgeable, has connections, and knows how to get things done. He will straight-up tell you any issues or concerns, stay in communication, and provide his opinions in a very respectful manner. Because of Anthony, my son and I will be allowed to create memories for the next 30+ years in my newly renovated home.
