I was looking for property in 3 different coastal cities and Abby is who I used for the Myrtle Beach/N.Myrtle Beach area. Of all of the realtors I used, Abby has the best phone/zoom skills to virtually show the house. She moves very slowly, pointing out anything she can see and is not jerky or up and down with zoom. (I do have vertigo issues and she is awesome) Abby is very professional, follows up as needed, and does the background work on the property and area before you even have to ask. If you are purchasing remotely especially, I highly recommend Abby to assist you with your next home purchase!
