Ansh did a phenomenal job helping my wife and I purchase a home. We relied on Ansh for his local knowledge since we are somewhat new to the state, and we are glad that we listened to his suggestions because we couldn't be happier with our new location ! Ansh gave us great advice and suggestions on what to look for in properties and what to be concerned about. With the market as tough as it is today for buyers, it was EXTREMELY helpful that Ansh was so responsive when we had questions. He would answer our calls, emails, and texts which is a difficult trait to find in a real estate agent these days. He did a lot of research for us and saved us from a few properties that looked fine on the surface, but were structurally unsound. Even though the market currently favors sellers, Ansh was able to negotiate a great deal on the property that we really wanted to purchase (which we successfully closed on time with his help) ! I HIGHLY recommend working with Ansh as your agent if you are looking for someone who is professional, reliable, personable, has your best interest in mind, and willing to go above and beyond.

Anshuman did an outstanding job assisting me with finding and purchasing lands. His expertise in the market's geographic area was instrumental in determining a competitive purchasing price while considering the future resale value for the area. We lived in different parts of the country and he has accomodated me and made me feel like I was there in person. When I flew into NH, he had numerous properties ready for me to check out and took the time to give me details about each one and gave me tour of each property. He is very down-to-earth who is easy to talk to and has a great sense of humor. He was very well connected and alwyas knew just the right people to connect me with. He found me the perfect land with amazing mountain views that adjoins the White Mountain National Forest, minutes to skiing, hiking, snowmobiling, fishing, boating, golfing and etc.. He was involved in all aspects of the closing. He is very responsive, outstanding communicator, friendly, has great negotiation skills and pays attention to detail. Best experience with a real estate agent ever!
