Ansh did a phenomenal job helping my wife and I purchase a home. He would answer our calls, emails, and texts which is a difficult trait to find in a real estate agent these days. He did a lot of research for us and saved us from a few properties that looked fine on the surface, but were structurally unsound. Anshuman did an outstanding job assisting me with finding and purchasing lands. His expertise in the market's geographic area was instrumental in determining a competitive purchasing price while considering the future resale value for the area. We lived in different parts of the country and he has accomodated me and made me feel like I was there in person. When I flew into NH, he had numerous properties ready for me to check out and took the time to give me details about each one and gave me tour of each property. He is very down-to-earth who is easy to talk to and has a great sense of humor. He was very well connected and alwyas knew just the right people to connect me with.
