Having lived in the local area for more than 40 years, I am well acquainted with the area, right down to the neighborhood level. As a part of the local community I have a special incentive to maintain home values in the area and am a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor. My experience in the local market includes home and condo sales, home purchases, new homes (to be built), custom homes, undeveloped land and commercial leases in a variety of Maryland communities. I love using my experience to help people get their home ready to sell and I love helping people find just the right home for them! When I'm not helping people make their move, I enjoy tennis and traveling (sometimes at the same time!) and I'm an active volunteer as a captain of a 4.0 women's USTA tennis team, the Damascus Help organization, and at fundraising functions for Hospice Caring, Inc.
