Annie was our realtor for our move across the country, from FL to MN. She was responsive, quick, and very kind. She helped us navigate from afar, a challenging process. Annie works with a great team, which really made sure we had all our needs met. She was quick to answer texts and keep us updated with responses from other realtors on offers and new places. She adapted our search easily as she got to know us better, picking up on things we liked in houses without us explicitly mentioning it. She works with a great team that was prompt in videoing houses and sending the files over to us. She helped us navigate the online processes with ease, making sure everything was in line for a successful purchase. Annie was kind- sharing the things she loved about the area. She sent us social media posts about events, and made sure we knew about how to find information about schools and things like that. She was very quick with putting together offers, and making sure we could get the changes to our contract we needed accomplished. I would work with Annie again in a heartbeat.

Annie did an absolutely amazing job for us. We were selling our home in Jacksonville and moving to Pensacola, Florida. Annie was able to assist us with the entire listing process for our home in Jacksonville. She then got our house sold in under a week!!!! All while getting us under contract on our DREAM home in Pensacola!!! To top things off, Annie was able to get us the same closing date for our buyers as we had for the new house. This made for a seamless transition!!!! Even though there were a few issues that arose, Annie was able to keep everything on track and we closed on our new home on our original closing date, as well as selling our old home the same date. Annie is such a hard worker and was available 24/7 to answer all of our questions and to ease our concerns. Annie was phenomenal and I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy. We are so glad we went with Annie and are so thankful for her!!!!
