Annie was our realtor for our move across the country, from FL to MN. She was responsive, quick, and very kind. She helped us navigate from afar, a challenging process. She adapted our search easily as she got to know us better, picking up on things we liked in houses without us explicitly mentioning it. She works with a great team that was prompt in videoing houses and sending the files over to us. Annie did an absolutely amazing job for us. We were selling our home in Jacksonville and moving to Pensacola, Florida. Annie was able to assist us with the entire listing process for our home in Jacksonville. She then got our house sold in under a week!!!! All while getting us under contract on our DREAM home in Pensacola!!! To top things off, Annie was able to get us the same closing date for our buyers as we had for the new house. This made for a seamless transition!!!! Even though there were a few issues that arose, Annie was able to keep everything on track and we closed on our new home on our original closing date, as well as selling our old home the same date. Annie is such a hard worker and was available 24/7 to answer all of our questions and to ease our concerns. Annie was phenomenal and I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy. We are so glad we went with Annie and are so thankful for her!!!!
