Since I own my own business and the market has been somewhat volatile, I like to have contingencies with my financial assets--the largest one being my home. Unsure as to whether to sell my equestrian property, I called upon the expertise of Ms. Annie Black to discuss my options. Experts may say Las Vegas has rebounded in the housing sector and that's why of the dozen of Realtors I know and trust, Ms. Black was the first one I called. I knew I would not only get the unvarnished truth but it would be delivered with her effervescent charm and witty humor. I wasn't disappointed. She spent a great deal of time and effort knowing full well that I was NOT going to sell any time soon.
