I reached out to Anne about a property she had listed. Anne was very friendly and had great attitude. I ask Anne about details on the property and was very informative about the development and the area. I ended up making a offer on the property and after some negotiations we settled on the price and close on the property. I was pleased the way the sale went and the closing.
