I recently had the pleasure of working with Annie to help first time homebuyers purchase a home in Webster, MA. It was a quick turnaround and Annie was committed to working together to make it happen. From the very start, she was quick to respond to every request and really stayed on top of every aspect of the transaction. The reality is that she didn't treat this as a "transaction". It was clear that this is personal for her. She showed that she really cared about the needs of her clients and made sure that they understood everything and were happy with their decisions. Working with Annie was as smooth as a closing could be! We had a deal where there were a lot of delays due to the seller side and she was extremely responsive, worked to calm down the clients and even got them into their home before closing under a U&O at NO cost to them! I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!!
