I wish there were more than five stars as Vanessa really deserves at least a ten. She not only has an extensive knowledge regarding market trends but also has a true practical understanding of all the criteria needed to sell a house. Greg was awesome. I was selling my mobile home and moving to new Senior Apartments. I wanted someone with mobile home experience so I did a search for "mobile home Realtors". Greg's name came up for my Mentor area. Glad I selected him out of the Realtors that came up on the search. I had 3 Offers I think within 10 days. So happy with the young man that bought my home. I do not know how Greg does it. The out of state mortgage company the young man used, was quite difficult. Greg was on it. I think I mentioned to him in a text "he was worth every penny for his services and I was very grateful for him ". My neighbor will be listing his home in Jan and will be using Greg. There was also a neighbor down the street I gave Greg's card to months ago when he was thinking of selling his brother's home, Glad he choose him. Greg will always have my recommendation. Wish him the best always. Well deserves it.
