ZillowVERIFIEDOkay this is long but worth the read:I reached out to Anne in the spring of 2016 as we were looking to buy a new home and found one that she was the listing agent for. I called and told her what I wanted in a house and she told me that this was not the right home for me. I was looking for land and it also had to have a cook's kitchen (this particular house didn't have either). Right away I knew she had my best interests in mind and wasn't just trying to make a quick sale. As time went on, she would e-mail me houses almost daily, or as they popped up for sale. We found a house - and didn't really like it - but figured it would "do" for now since we were running out of time. She was right in the middle of putting in the offer for us when I happened to stumble upon my dream home. (The reason Anne had never sent this home to me because I gave her a cap of $150K and this house was a little over $225K.) We weren't planning on spending that much but it was everything we were looking for and more. I called Anne and she arranged for us to look at it in literally a few hours from requesting to see it. She was sick that day and being the trooper that she is, sent out her sweet husband to show it for us. If I had known she was sick, I would have totally waited, but she's just awesome like that. We put in the offer and it was accepted. Since we had to sell our house in order to buy the new one, the process was a little long and drawn out. I started losing hope that we would even be able to sell and Anne was there to listen to my pouting and to give me encouragement that everything would work out (and it did!).Anne also worked with everyone involved, the listing agent, calling my lender, making sure the repair work gone done on the home, the attorneys, and everyone and everything in between. She was on top of the sale, way more than everyone else. Anne is a superb agent who got us to closing day and helped to make our dream come true. There are agents who just sell houses and then there are agents like Anne who go above and beyond!
